• Are Cogal’s products all made in Italy?
Cogal is an Italian company with manufacturing plants in Bergamo, all our products are made in Italy, and they have been produced with care and quality control for more than 60 years.
  • Labelling and washing instructions
All our products are labelled according to the washing instructions law with the international symbols. Read label carefully before washing, to ensure better conservation of the products over time.

  • How can I find a certain item into Cogal online shop?
The products are classified into categories (Bed, Bath, Duvet, etc) and each category in different product lines. You can filter the products according to your preference or you can use the search engine located on the right top of the page to find articles that interest you.
  • Why not increase certain amounts of 1 to 1?
Some items are not sold per unit because they are labelled and packaged in multiple quantities, so you can only buy multiples of these quantities.
  • How do I add an item to the cart?
Once you have chosen an item, colour, size and quantity, you must click the "Add to Cart" to add the item to your order.
  • How do I place an order?
1. Enter the shopping cart by clicking the "Cart” located at the upper right of the page. Into the shopping cart you can delete ordered items, change the quantity and complete the order for payment.
2. You can register so that your data remains stored for future purchases or proceed to Checkout. Then enter your personal data, the Billing Address and Shipping Address.
3. Choose your favourite payment method. Click on the "Buy" button. You will receive an email order confirmation.

  • Do I have to register to be able to buy?
Registration is not required to proceed with the purchase. If you register, your information will be stored securely for your next purchase.
  • Can I ask for the bill on behalf of my company?
Yes During the registration before payment you can indicate if the purchase is made by a person or on behalf of the company. In this case you will require tax vat number.
  • Which payment method can I use for purchase?
The accepted payment methods are: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery.
  • Why my credit card has been refused?
The payment data must coincide with those of your card. A simple typographical error can cause the refused of transaction, so we ask you to fill the payment form with care. It is also possible that you have exceeded your credit limit or that the card has been expired. Check with your bank for any doubts related to your card.
  • Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as the order has not already processed for shipping. You may request cancellation writing an email at servizioclienti@cogal.it, specifying the object reference your order number.

  • Shipping for orders over 59 € is free.
For orders amount over 59 € Cogal offers you free shipping service by courier. For smaller amounts the shipping cost are always specified during the payment order. In case of extra UE countries, please refer to the shipping cost calculator at the order cart checkout.
  • When will I receive my order?
Your order will be delivered to the address within 24/48h from the order dispatch. You will receive automatically an alert by the computer system of our express courier.
  • Can I track the shipment of my order?
In the email shipping confirmation you will receive the tracking code of the shipment and the web site reference to check the status.

  • Does Cogal have a customer service department?
You can write to servizioclienti@cogal.it concerns regarding products, orders, payments, refunds and other problems.
  • What do I do if I receive an item that I’ve not required?
We will change it with the correct item as soon as possible at no additional charge.
  • Can I return a product if I regret having bought it?
Yes, we'll refund the amount of item when sent back. The return shipping must be traceable and the charges will be your responsibility. For more information, please refer to the general sale conditions.
