Sure. You can cancel your order any time before getting the email of shipping confirmation.
You will be fully refounded. To cancel your order please write to info@cogal.com, include your order number in the email.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE AND ASK FOR REFOUND?
Sure. We aim to have all our customer satisfied of our products.
First of all write us a message at info@cogal.com explaining your situation. We will reply you within 48h with instruction to follow.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR CHANGE COLOR OR SIZE?
If you want to send us the article to change size or color, the replacement is free of charge. Write us an email specifying the changes you would like to order. Wait for the answer and then send the product to our address:

as soon as we receive the return, we ship the new size or color, without charge.
If you do not have a courier to send, we can take care of the return at a cost at standard rate of € €9.90 for Europe countries, €34,50 for Extra Europe countries that you can pay by bank transfer or paypal credit card.
Remember to keep the original packaging to make the items in the condition in which they were received.
IS THERE A MAXIMUM PERIOD WITHIN RETURN THE PRODUCT?
Yes, you must return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. You also have 14 days to send the product back, from the time you send the return email request.
HOW MUCH THE RETURN COSTS ARE?
If the delivered product is different from the order or has defects, the return is free, we take care of the collection at the same address.
If you want to return an order because you are not satisfied with the purchase, send the product to our address within 14 days of purchase and you will be returned the amount, including transport costs.
